实验室研究领域及内容:

目前实验室利用果蝇为模式动物,对肠道干细胞的多功能分化进行深入研究,以期理解干细胞分化的内在生理逻辑和分子基础,以达到对癌症以分化为导向的转化医学治疗。主要研究内容为:1)肠道表皮干细胞数目的决定机制;2)肠道表皮干细胞位置的决定机制;3)肠道干细胞分化过程中Notch信号激活强弱的控制机制;4)肠道干细胞多功能分化的子代细胞比例控制机制。文章发表在Science,DevelopmentalCell,NatureCommunications,The Journal ofCell Biology,CellReports,Development,CommunicationsBiology等国际著名杂志。
